Welcome!

Welcome to the British Killifish Association!

If you are new to these fish or even if you have been keeping them for years you will certainly find something of interest. The site is being added to all the time and currently has a number of articles. Some are for BKA members only but there are also some in the public domain.

The first stop for anyone beginning with killifish should be the article "INTRODUCTION TO KILLIFISHES" by Dick Cox. This is essential reading for anyone interested in keeping this fantastic group of fish. The second stop should be to join the BKA and discover the enormous wealth of information, experience and expertise of its members!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON FORUM ACCESS:
A few people are having issues accessing the forum. It is important to note that the forum is a separate "entity" and is not linked to the main (i.e. this) site - a separate registration/login is required. You do not have to log in to this site in order to use the forum. You can go directly to www.bka.org.uk/forum, log in with your forum registration details and you're in. Logging in on this page (the one you're reading) simply gives you access to the members area (if you're a paid up BKA member!). If you are not registered on the forum, email me (webmaster@bka.org.uk) and I'll set you up (let me know what username you'd like).

BLOGS:
BKA Members can now start (and hopefully continue!) a blog. This is just like a diary and is great reading for newer members especially. If you're a member, why not start one now?
